Nate was personable and professional
This was our first treatment by Landlock Pest Control. Nate completed the job quickly and introduced himself afterwards. He explained what he’d done, what to expect (possible increased activity because insects were disturbed) and that a follow-up service would occur in 4–5 weeks to treat any new larvae. Nate was personable, professional and dutifully promoted Landlock's mosquito control program.
At this time it’s not possible to review the effectiveness of the pest control service, but I’m hopeful Landlock and Nate will earn much future praise!

He’s Been the Best So Far
We’ve been with Landlock for a year now and we love their customer service. They are aware that my son is highly allergic to mosquitoes, and every service person states, “I see your son is allergic, so we will spray heavy.” Today we had Adam; while all service technicians have been great, he’s been the best so far. He was extremely polite, verified the spray area, as it was his first time, and made sure we were pleased! I hope we receive him as a service technician every time!

Just want to shout out Landlock Pest Control. I was paying almost double for Mosquito Squad to not treat me half as kind as they do, and I’m so glad that I switched last year. Every tech that I’ve come across has been kind, courteous, timely, and respectful. They take special care not to hurt my edible plants and garden areas and really respect all of the notes on the file and pay close attention. I forgot that they were coming today, and the tech was so kind and patient waiting for me to secure my animals and even put a note on the account to call 30 minutes prior to every service so that I wouldn’t run into that problem again. I am a fellow local business owner, and I know how important it is to treat your customers as well, and I’m so grateful that I found this company.

Very respectful people and the professionalism is great. I have only had one issue where someone was supposed to do my mosquito treatment and he rushed through it and only got 80% of my property. Every other person who serviced my property did amazing. They give discounts if they are already in your neighborhood.

Malike did a great job. He was very professional. He also assisted me with my last-minute concern of adding a mosquito plan. He was very thorough in his explanation of what I was to expect (even with me catching him off guard to add that service). I later received a call from your company to see what my understanding of the new plan details were, and the representative on the phone said the call was pointless to make because Malike had already explained everything perfectly. Great experience with Malike!
