Mr. Connor Spencer performed a pest control treatment on my home on 3/4. The annual termite warranty inspection and service was completed. He was respectful of property, professional and very polite. A thorough inspection of the structure was performed, including foundation walls and slab edges. Location treated: eaves, crawl space, exterior foundations, doors, soil/mulch, yard and landscape areas. I would definitely recommend Landlock Pest Control.

Afterwards, Chris walked us both around the exterior of the house and showed us where carpenter ants (!) and signs of additional termite activity were. Better prices here than what I've found elsewhere. Whenever they spray the outside of our house, the bugs end up moving inside our home. They provide termite insurance with their treatment, so that is a big plus. I also like that they will come out whenever you need.
